Pyratz combines technology investment with hands-on operating support. The investment business deploys capital into companies in exchange for equity or other securities under documented terms. Its economic outcome depends on how those holdings develop and on any proceeds ultimately realized; a valuation increase is not the same as cash received.
The operating business deploys teams on a defined scope: strategy and operations, product development, go-to-market and AI-enabled execution. Where agreed, this work generates contracted operating or advisory fees. Any equity component is priced and documented separately.
The two activities share expertise and company relationships. Operating work can support portfolio development and generate revenue for the platform; investments create exposure to longer-term company value. Fees do not guarantee profitability, and neither activity guarantees a return to shareholders.
Each figure should be read with its stated date, scope and source. Capital raised by portfolio companies is distinct from capital raised or invested by Pyratz Corp. Portfolio valuations, operating revenue and realized disposal proceeds are different measures and should not be combined or presented as shareholder returns.
